Meal prep

All prepped for the week! 
A few hours of prep and I don't have to think about meals this week!


I've had a few people ask me for tips on how to prep for meals and honestly, you just have to take the time!

Take a few hours and prep it all, get it in containers and voila! You're set! I literally was 3 hours...It is all about setting the time aside to do it.  

Another handy thing to do is, cook once, eat twice! So, if you know you're going to need, say chicken for two different meals, cook it all and then put the second portion away for your other meal!  

You don't NEED Tupperware containers!  Any containers will do! (But Tupperware is always a great idea!!) 

And writing out a meal plan is always helpful. Then you know what you need to grab or get out of the freezer. Make sure you check it in the morning or even the night before. Forgetting to get something out of the freezer can cause more stress!
